Former educator and author Joyce Sinclair, who earned a reputation for serving the public sector with distinction, died at her Queenstown, Georgetown home yesterday morning.
Sinclair was 84.
Her brother, Donald Sinclair, told Sunday Stabroek last evening that his sister was found dead in her bedroom at around 7:30am yesterday.
