Four more Palms residents recover from COVID-19

Four more residents of the Palms Geriatric Home have recovered from the novel coronavirus, bringing the number of recoveries in the institution to seven, according to a release from the Ministry of Social Protection.

The names of the recovered residents were given as: Rosaline Hamilton, 91; Kaysonauth Sager, 76; Meyrle Thomas, 87; and Carmen Hopkinson, 78. They are to be transferred to the infirmary, where they are expected to spend two days before returning to the general ward.

Three remaining patients are being monitored by a medical team and are scheduled to be retested on June 29.
