The trial of former army Chief of Staff Gary Best, who has been charged with causing the death of cyclist Jude Bentley, is due to begin in October.
Magistrate Rondell Weaver fixed the trial dates yesterday in Georgetown.
Best, who was represented by attorney-at-law Nigel Hughes, is scheduled to return for trial on the 6th, 8th, 9th, 13th and 15th of October.
