Some elderly homes are in need of food and cleaning supplies as they continue to cope with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Gloria Ramcharan, the matron of the New Nazareth Home of St. Vincent de Paul, told Stabroek News that donations of all sort are welcomed but identified Milex Hi and Low Milk as a needed food commodity.
Ramcharan said, to make the home feel more comfortable she makes floral arrangements to beautify the home.
