The Guyana Trades Union Congress (GTUC) yesterday congratulated the new government headed by Dr Irfaan Ali ”as the choice of Guyanese based on the declaration of GECOM”.
In a statement headed ` The Irfaan Ali regime’,
the GTUC welcomed the opportunity to see Guyana moving forward after a hotly contested election.
