Months after he allegedly threatened to kill ranks of the Customs Anti-Narcotic Unit (CANU) following the interception of a quantity of cocaine on a fibreglass vessel at Parika, East Bank Essequibo, Ryan Pemberton called ‘Sancho’ remains on the run.
A source told Stabroek News that the search is still ongoing for Pemberton. He is being sought by both the police and CANU.
On the evening of February 22, ranks of CANU intercepted 61 lbs of suspected cocaine on the vessel at Parika Backdam.
