A build-up of traffic occurred along the East Bank highway starting at the Prospect area yesterday, after a lumber-laden truck toppled sometime between the hours of 10:30 and 11:00 am, blocking both carriageways.
The truck belonging to R.I Forest Products Sawmill and Lumber yard was said to have two occupants, and on its way to the city when the incident happened.
