Vice President (Ag) of the East Coast Cricket Committee (ECCC) Lalta Gainda has taken umbrage with Bisoondial Singh for comments he made in a recent Stabroek Sport article.
In the article headlined `ECD Cricket Board president Singh eager for DCB Elections,’
Singh, a long-serving cricket administrator, had said that he was pleased with the recent developments with respect to the Guyana Cricket Adminstration Act.
Singh was contacted by this newspaper for a reaction following the announcement that certain injunctions granted against the Cricket Administration Act had been lifted, paving the way for the Demerara and ultimately Guyana Cricket Board elections.
