United Kingdom-based Virgin Atlantic Airways has engaged the government in talks on potentially launching a Guyana to London service, according Minister of Public Works Juan Edghill.
Edghill told Stabroek News he held his first meeting yesterday morning with officials from airlines who are assessing the potential of the route.
“Before the end of the month we are expected to meet again,” Edghill said.
