Retired GPH nurse succumbs in COVID-19 ICU

A 55-year-old retired nurse succumbed on Monday morning in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at the Georgetown Public Hospital (COVID-19).

Mark King had been a patient for approximately 10 days.

King, who served the hospital as a nurse for about 31 years, was reportedly admitted to the hospital just under two weeks ago and presented a number of symptoms related to the virus.
