Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport Charles Ramson Jr. in his quest to interact with most, if not all of the local sport associations, came one step closer to his goal when he met with the executives of the Lusignan Golf Club last Saturday.

The Minister was accompanied by the President of the Tourism and Hospitality Association of Guyana, Mitra Ramkumar and Kashif Muhammad who is in the running to be the country’s next Director of Sport. “The guests played two quick holes after which they engaged the Executive Committee of the Club on various matters regarding the ways in which the club can benefit through a set of initiatives proposed by the government as well as the tourism authority,” the Club said via a release.
