In an effort to continue his personal coaching development, Junior Hercules, head-coach of the Guyana Amateur Basketball Federation (GABF) Men’s Senior Team will feature in a Virtual Training Seminar, which will be hosted by USA Basketball.
This sentiment was shared during an exclusive interview yesterday with Stabroek Sport. According to the Hercules, who is also the GABF National 3×3 Coordinator, “This camp targets children ages 18 and under. This virtual camp will give all aspiring youth national players under the ages of 18 and opportunity to learn to interact virtually while being exposed to the fundamentals of basketball.”
Questioned how important are the courses to the development of emerging and developmental coaches, Hercules said: “These exposures are intended to add value to Guyana developmental plan to help expose coaches and aspiring coaches.”
