Collapsed Region Eight bridge to be repaired in three weeks

The Tiger Creek bridge in Region Eight which collapsed on Tuesday should be repaired in three weeks.

This disclosure was made by the Regional Engineer with responsibility for Region Eight, Wendell St Pierre, following an on-site assessment, a release from the Department of Public Information (DPI) stated yesterday.

According to the release, the Ministry of Public Works (MoPW) has crafted a three-week timeline for the completion of emergency works on the bridge in Potaro-Siparuni, Region Eight.
