The 2020 edition of the Guyana Football Federation’s (GFF) Ordinary Congress, which was initially scheduled for May but was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, will now be staged on Saturday, December 12th at the Pegasus Hotel, Kingston.
According to the Federation in a release, “The Congress will provide an opportunity to reconvene the football community after a challenging and disrupted year, update the GFF membership on the Federation’s achievements, and agree on strategic priorities for the year ahead as officials look to phase-in football activities.”
President of the GFF Wayne Forde during brief remarks said, “We are delighted to be able to stage this important milestone in the football calendar before the end of the year.”
