Tulsie Maniram, the Hampton Court resident who was struck down by a speeding funeral van almost a month ago along the Devonshire Castle Public Road, Essequibo Coast, succumbed to his injuries yesterday morning at the Georgetown Public Hospital.
Guyana Police Force spokes-man Assistant Commissioner Royston Andries-Junor confirmed that Maniram succumb-ed around 5am while receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH).
He never regained consciousness since the accident.
Maniram, also known as ‘Bully,’ 56, of 290 Hampton Court, was struck down and dragged by a speeding funeral van on October 12th.
