Man shot in Albouystown attack gets hospital discharge

The man who was shot in an attack in Albouystown on November 1st has been discharged from the hospital but the shooter is still on the run.

Shannan Greaves, the mother of Devon Cromwell, 30, of Cooper Street, Albouystown, told this newspaper that about two weeks after being shot twice in the early morning hours on November 1, her son was discharged from the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation and is now using crutches to walk.

The shooting took place at Victoria Street, Albouystown, at about 2 am on November 1st. Greaves said that her son suffered two bullet wounds to the abdomen. He was rushed to the hospital, where he underwent surgery to have the bullets removed.  She said that he was discharged about a week ago.
