Tenders were yesterday opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administra-tion Board for the upgrading and construction of sea defences between Dantzig and Fairfield, Mahaicony which are estimated to cost almost $400 Million. Eight companies presented bids for the project that ranged from $355 million to $455 million.
