Guyana’s top female badminton player, Priyanna Ramdhani is once again in the spotlight after receiving two awards in Canada. The young woman, according to a release from the Guyana Badminton Association (GBA), was recently presented with the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association National Scholarship award in recognition of excellence in academics and athletics and the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference Academic Athletic award.
“The Guyana Badminton Association is extremely happy and congratulates Guyana’s & Olds College (Canada) top badminton player Priyanna Ramdhani for getting two awards for the academic year 2019/2020 in Canada,” the release noted.
