Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder of Dwane Williams, the vendor who was found dead behind a shack in the Wismar Housing Scheme area last Friday morning.
When contacted, Commander of Region 10 Hugh Winter told Stabroek News that the two suspects are being questioned by the police.
Last Friday, Williams, also known as “Levi” and “Sweetie man,” 54, of Wismar, Linden, was found dead by residents with gaping wounds to his throat and his wrist.
