Woman injured in Soesdyke-Linden Highway accident succumbs

Aaliyah Norton, the young woman who was left hospitalized after the car she was travelling in toppled at Hill Foot Public Road, Soesdyke-Linden Highway, has succumbed to her injuries.

Norton, 23, was hospitalized at the Georgetown Public Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for almost two weeks before she died last Saturday.

Police had said that on November 23rd, Norton was seated in the back seat of the car when it toppled and ended up in a trench, causing her to suffer injuries to her head.
