‘Hot Skull’ found guilty of murdering amateur footballer

Alvin Jones was yesterday convicted of the murder of amateur footballer Paul Daniels, who was killed during a robbery in 2017.

Jones, called ‘Shawn’ and ‘Hot Skull,’ was on trial before Justice Priya Sewnarine-Beharry at the High Court in Georgetown where he was found guilty of the charge by a 12-member jury.

It was alleged that on February 2nd, 2017 at Independence Boulevard, Albouystown, Jones murdered Daniels in the course or furtherance of a robbery.
