Athletes get ready, the Athletic Association of Guyana (AAG) has received the green light from the National COVID-19 Task Force to stage its leg of the South American 10K Road Classic on Sunday at West Demerara.
Initially scheduled to be held last Sunday, the event was postponed so that the AAG and the Task Force could iron out wrinkles which could have prevented a smooth running of the race.
“We remain committed to protecting the health and safety of our athletes and officials” said AAG’s President, Aubrey Hutson yesterday.
