Windsor Forest youth feared drowned while setting fishing hooks

A seventeen-year-old boy of Windsor Forest is missing and believed to have drowned yesterday midday after he was caught in the tide while setting fishing hooks in the Atlantic Ocean some 100 feet from the seawall.

Police have since arrested two brothers who accompanied him at the time of the incident.

The missing teen has been identified as Surendra Singh, a labourer, of Line Top, Windsor Forest, West Coast Demerara.
