Courtney Noel is turning things up a notch this year with the release of a new single, “Set Fiyah 2 My Blood”, set to debut next week. The song reflects on a bittersweet experience.
This is the first time that Courtney has dabbled in the old school R&B genre that was big in the 1970, but he said it will not be the last.
He confessed that the song was about an old flame who got under his skin. It was arranged and co-produced by Courtney himself and fellow Queen’s College alumna Owen Romeo of Tribal Legacy Studios in Brooklyn, while further production was done by Lee Evans Jambox Studios in Manhattan.
