The driver of the pick-up involved in the accident which claimed the life of Uriel Reynolds was on Friday released on $500,000 bail after he was charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Wesley Rodney, 47, of Linden, made his appearance before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Providence Magistrate’s Court where the charge was read to him.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge which stated that on January 12th, along the Soesdyke/Linden Highway he drove in a dangerous manner thereby causing the death of Reynolds.
