Corentyne duo plead guilty to 2018 killing of security guard

A Corentyne man and a teenager yesterday pleaded guilty to manslaughter for the murder of a Tain Settlement security guard who was killed during a robbery in March, 2018 at Rose Hall Town, Corentyne.  

Carlos Bollers, 21, of Lot 119 Williamsburg Village, Corentyne, and the teenager, who was a minor at the time of the crime, entered their guilty pleas before Justice Simone Morris-Ramlall at the High Court in Berbice yesterday. 

Probation and pre-sentence reports were ordered for February 11, when they both will return to court for sentencing.
