The Chambers of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has advised that the accused in the fatal shooting of teenager Rockey Sawh be charged with manslaughter.
Stabroek News was reliably informed that the legal advice was given sometime last month.
To date, the suspect has not been charged.
