A blistering century from Abdool Subhan ensured Cotton Tree Die Hard a 76-run win over Bath Sports Club and a spot in the semi-finals of the Berbice Cricket Board/ West Berbice Jaffarally T20 tournament.
Playing at home in the backlands of Cotton Tree, the hosts won the toss and batted, posting 216 for nine from their allotted overs before rolling over Bath SC for 140 in 13.5 overs.
Cotton Tree lost Fawaz Gaffoor cheaply but Narshad Gaffoor (31) and Nick Ramsaroop (11) added 39 for the second wicket which laid the foundation for Subhan to explode.
