A few days after failing Cricket West Indies (CWI) administered fitness tests, Shimron Hetmyer and Roston Chase have both passed their latest assessment and are now available for selection.
This was revealed in a video update by CWI’s Director of Cricket, Jimmy Adams, yesterday.
According to Adams, “It’s just to give an update, we had a press conference very recently and we had explained that there were some players who had missed the minimum fitness standard for selection and just an update, two of those four players have since then met that standard so that’s Roston Chase and Shimron Hetmyer.”
