The overwhelming response (over 90 players) to the Assuria inaugural three-hole golf tournament coupled with the loss of a day’s play on Friday due to rain has led to the extension of the event to March 20.
So said General Manager of Assuria General Insurance, Yogindra Arjune.
“We certainly did not expect the numbers and interest in the event to be so high and with more than 70 additional persons registered but unable to participate owing to the weather, we felt it was only fair to extend it” said Arjune.
