Pinned infant died of ‘traumatic asphyxia’ – autopsy

A post-mortem examination has determined that four-month-old Kaylee Williams, who was found pinned under one of her father’s feet in the wee hours of Sunday morning, died of traumatic asphyxia.

The examination was conducted on Thursday by Dr Nehaul Singh.

Williams, of Annandale, Essequibo Coast, died at approximately 1.55 am after she was found pinned on her parents’ bed.
