Roy Jafarally was recently elected president of the resuscitated Berbice Boxing Association.
According to a press release, the new executives vowed to work together in an effort to revive boxing in the Ancient County.
Jafarally, 41, is a businessman from Fort Ordinance, East Canje, Berbice.
The other elected executives were Eli Hazel, vice-president, Pinky Arthur, secretary, Greggory Cort, treasurer and Royan Abrams, public relations officer.
