The West Indies Sports Complex sports store on Robb Street yesterday became the first entity to donate equipment towards a project endorsed by the Guyana Cricket Board.
The project, ‘Cricket gear for young and promising cricketers in Guyana’ is the brainchild of Anil Beharry and Kishan Das. The West Indies Sports Complex located at 43 Robb Street, between Wellington and Camp Streets, has been in existence for over four decades.
Yesterday it became to first entity to make a contribution to the project.
