DJ Raw Gold on wounding charge after radio station stabbing

A radio DJ is now on wounding and assault charges after allegedly stabbing a colleague and pushing a woman during an argument at work.

Clyde Watson, 36, also known as DJ Raw Gold, who is a part-time DJ at HJ 94.1 Boom FM and also a customs broker, appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan in a Georgetown court yesterday when he was placed on $55,000 bail on the two charges.

It is alleged that on April 10, at Lance Gibbs Street, he maliciously wounded Marlon Williams, also known as DJ Yannick. It is also alleged that on the same date and at the same location he unlawfully assaulted Melissa Duke.
