An Albouystown man was on Saturday night fatally stabbed by his girlfriend’s cousin at ‘A’ Field, Sophia, according to the police.
The deceased, Devon Xavier, 20, of La Penitence Street, Albouystown, was stabbed in the right side of his chest at 9.30 pm.
The Guyana Police Force (GPF) said on Monday that Xavier was visiting his girlfriend at home when they were approached by her father and cousin.
