Repeat offenders fined for break and enter

Two repeat offenders are among three men who were fined last week after pleading guilty to separate charges of attempting to commit a felony and possession of narcotics.

Shaquille Mentore, 21, of  Newtown, Kitty, Georgetown; Gobin (only name given), 42, of Charlotte Street, George-town; and Kevin Subrim, 27, of Cummings Lodge, East Coast Demerara, were brought before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court when they confessed to separate offences.

Mentore and Gobin are jointly charged with breaking and entering the Craig Street, Campbellville, Georgetown home of Ariann Gordon and attempting to commit a felony.
