The Sunrise Bakery in Capoey, Region Two, officially opened its doors to the public on Friday.
The bakery, which is the result of a collaborative effort between the Guyana Foundation and the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives, was declared open in the presence of First Lady Arya Ali, Prime Minister Mark Phillips, members of the Regional Administration, members of the Toshaos Council, and Canadian High Commissioner Mark Berman, among several others.
