Torrential rainfall over the Essequibo Coast yesterday morning forced the two highly anticipated Central Essequibo Cricket Committee tournaments to be rescheduled.
The day’s action was expected to see Bacchus Bulls under-19s taking on hosts, Reliance Hustlers in the semifinal of the 40-overs-a-side youth tournament from 09.30 hours with the winner moving on to play undefeated Queenstown Under-19s in the final.
The Imam Bacchus Ground was listed to feature two matches with Queenstown and Pomeroon Oil Mill in the first match followed by Bacchus Bulls locking horns with Young Achievers.
