A young man succumbed on Sunday after the motorbike on which he was a passenger crashed due to a near-collision with a car along Mandela Avenue.
Dead is Kareem Powley, 20, of Tucville, North East La Penitence, who was the pillion rider on the motorbike, # CK 7783, that was ridden by Joshua Mentore, 21, of Pattensen, Sophia, Georgetown.
The accident occurred at 10.30.
