Nandu hits half century on Canada return

Matthew Nandu and Ravindra Nauth share a light moment after their eight-wicket win over Palace Panthers.

Canada-based Guyanese youth all-rounder, Matthew Nandu scored a half century and took a four-wicket haul upon his return to Canada last weekend.

The left-handed opener was instrumental in Tranzac Cricket Club’s eight-wicket win over Mississauga Ramblers at King City on Saturday.

Ramblers batted first and were bowled out for 141 in 49 overs in the Toronto District Cricket Association 50-over tournament while Tranzac replied with 142 for two in 33 overs.
