As the administration of Sputnik V second doses began yesterday, the health minister disclosed that there has been an increase in the number of persons at vaccination sites.
The Ministry of Health began the distribution of the second dose for Sputnik V after an announcement was made on Monday that those shots had finally arrived in the country. The vaccine rollout commenced yesterday at seven fixed vaccination sites; the Ministry of Health tarmac, Georgetown Public Hospital, Grove Nursery School, Soesdyke Health Centre, Eccles Health Centre, Friendship Health Office, and the Paradise Testing Site.
