The Ministry of Health (MoH) yesterday confirmed two more COVID-19 fatalities, which have increased the country’s death toll from the virus to 509.
In a statement, the Ministry said that deceased are a 16-year-old boy from Region Nine and a 74-year-old woman from Region Ten, who both died while receiving care at a state facility.
The death of the teen, leukemia patient Roll David, of Nappi, in Region Nine, had been confirmed by Health Minister Dr Frank Anthony on Friday.
