Construction of the 190 low-income homes in the Cummings Lodge scheme remains on schedule.
This is according to Minister of Housing and Water Collin Croal.
Speaking with Stabroek News on Tuesday, Croal said that his ministry has been working along with the financial institutions to have prospective home owners prequalified for home ownership. He noted that several persons have already been prequalified and once their homes are completed they will be able to move ahead with the process and become home owners.
