The Guyana Government yesterday rejected claims made at an event in New York, USA that it was practicing racial discrimination and it said it was disappointed at remarks made by US Congressman Hakeem Jeffries.
In a statement, the government said that it had noted a series of events in New York over the past two days that were organized by the Guyanese Organizations Against Racism (GOAR).
