The Essequibo Technical Institute (ETI), located at Anna Regina, in Region Two, is positioned for transformation in the coming months with the appointments of a new Principal and Chairman of the Board.
Stacy Osborne, who has replaced Michael Turner, is the new Principal of the ETI, while Todar Chowbay has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board, replacing businessman Deleep Singh.
The new board was installed on July 29 and comprises 22 members, including the Principal and the Deputy.
According to Board Chairman Chowbay, the first meeting was held on August 4, with members pledging their support to perform diligently towards the efficient and effective delivery of quality education at the technical and vocational Institute.
