The Ministry of Labour is probing the death of a chainsaw operator, Winston Meredith on August 17 on a logging concession.
In a statement yesterday, it said that on August 25th, 2021 the Ministry’s Senior Occupational Safety and Health Officer, Maxean Bess; Forest Ranger, Keilon Sullivan and Police Constable, Simean Alder visited and conducted an accident investigation at a logging concession owned by Samantha Brown in Linden-Ituni, First Savan-nah, Tacama Road.
