A truck driver was on Wednesday sentenced to seven months in prison after pleading guilty to embezzlement.
The accused, Alex Mitchell, 28, of West Watooka, Wismar, Linden, appeared virtually before Magistrate Dylon Bess at the Linden Magistrate’s Court where the charge was read to him.
He pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced to prison for the offence.
