Businessman Maxwell Thom dies from COVID

Businessman and broad-caster Maxwell Thom has died from complications related to COVID-19.

The 53-year-old Thom who celebrated his birth-day on Monday was par-tially vaccinated having received his first dose on August 18 and had no known comorbidities according to his family.

He will be remembered mostly as the owner of the cell phone retailer Wireless Connections which has over the last 15 years offered mobile handsets and other electronics to the public. Most recently Thom was operator of the radio station 93.1 FM. He was also a broadcaster, hosting the morning show “Gospel Plane”.
