Guyana Amazon Warriors lead coach, Rayon Griffith has gotten the proverbial seal of approval from captain, Nicholas Pooran.
The Level Three certified coach Griffith, 42, was appointed lead coach of the Caribbean Premier League franchise for the first time, having served three seasons as the Assistant coach.
“Griff [Griffith] has been fantastic; we have been on the same page throughout the tournament and that is something any captain would want,” Pooran said on Monday ahead of their semi-final clash against St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots.
