Adams banks on game-changers to defend T20 title

Former West Indies captain, Jimmy Adams is hopeful that the West Indies could defend their T20 World title later this month on the backs of their game-changers.

The 53-year-old gave his outlook on the tournament earlier this week on the Mason and Guest radio programme, which will see reigning champions ahead of the West Indies title defence which begins October 23 against England.

“We all have high hopes,” he said. “We think that the ability is there to win games. I think one of the things that excite me, is that we have match-winners, we have people who can turn a game inside out in two [or] three overs,” he stated.
